Pro trainer Tim Martin took some time to sit down with 6x NBA All-Star Jermaine O’Neal to talk hoops, life and overcoming overwhelming odds. Growing up in the South, in the inner-city of Columbia, South Carolina, Jermaine learned the beauty of struggle on the path to success.

Jermaine and Tim discuss how the phrase “anything is possible” has often become a cliché. And how there’s a need for young athletes to embrace the adversity in life and grow from failures.

Jermaine continues to defy expectations by successfully transitioning into the business world and founding the Dallas-based youth program Drive Nation. Jermaine is also staying close to game he loves by coaching the Drive Nation 17U program on the Nike EYBL circuit.
